Green Tea: How green tea helps in detoxifying your body?

After putting in a full day’s work, most of us become fatigued and begin to doubt our ability to continue functioning. At this point, we are looking for an energy enhancer. When we need a quick pick-me-up, we typically reach for sugar without question, but this is where we’re making mistakes and harming our bodies. In these circumstances, detox tea is one of the best products to boost your vitality.

What is a detox tea?
People sometimes refer to the detoxification teas as “teatox” or “flat tummy teas.” As long as you stick to a nutritious diet, exercise frequently, and drink enough water, detox tea is still the best approach to losing weight. While our bodies naturally eliminate toxins from our bodies, these teas encourage the process of “detoxing” the system.

How does the detox process operate?
To remove toxins from the body, detox diets involve cutting out solid foods or particular dietary categories. The digestive system receives a vacation in this manner, which enables it to mend and improves its capacity to absorb nutrients going forward. If you’re trying to lose weight or detoxify, solid foods can take the place of liquids like lemon water, maple syrup, cayenne pepper, green tea, or freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice.
